1.1 Parts and Labour Warranty: We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on all parts and labor, whichever comes first, from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
1.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Service and Repairs
2.1 Service and Repair Commitment: We are committed to providing high-quality service and repairs to your vehicle.
2.2 Customer Approval: We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any repairs or services exceeding a pre-agreed amount.
2.3 Part Sourcing: We will use high-quality parts, either original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or aftermarket parts of equivalent quality.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service or repair. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and debit card.
3.2 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for unexpected repairs or services not included in the initial estimate.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
